200g dairy-free dark chocolate

1 tbsp cocoa powder

75g light soft brown sugar

100g caster sugar

Pinch sea salt
-
175g self-raising flour (or gluten free alternative)

225ml Wunda Original

5 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tsp vanilla bean extract
Steps
1. PRE-HEAT
1mPreheat the oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens), gas mark 4.
2. MELT
5mChop the chocolate into small chunks and set 50g aside. Place the rest of the chocolate into a small microwave-safe bowl and gently heat in 20 second bursts until melted and smooth.
3. MIX
5mIn a large bowl, mix the cocoa, sugars, salt and flour until combined. Pour in the Wunda, oil and vanilla and mix until combined.
4. BAKE
25mSpoon the mixture into the prepared tin and scatter the top with the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
